Good Morning,

 

My name is Keuver, I'm Brazilian.

 

I have a problem, in the company where I work the staff decided to make a family plan with everyone in the company, we put the address of the company and everything, but every month of some problem with someone, what can be done?

Hey @Keuver,

I think the issue could be that the address of the company isn't your main residence.

So you all shouldn't be eligible for a Family Plan and when signing up you all agreed to this user agreement here, which says "All account holders must reside at the same address to be eligible for the Premium for Family Plan.".

Hey @Keuver,

please keep in mind that the address needs to be a home address and each plan can only have up to 6 members.

And you should also take a look at Spotify Business. Maybe this can help you 🙂
