Family premium account suddenly disappeard after 14 days abroad

Hello,

I've been account holder of a Family premium plan for at least a year and I've been travelling abroad with the same account for a while without any problems. Today I wasn't able to log in onto my account and got a message saying: "You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days." The rest of my family is still at home  (The Netherlands) and isn't able to use spotify either. When I logged in on my dekstop account the premium plan disappeard completly. 

I can't figure out what it is since I've been travelling for months without any problems (although exactly 14 days in Mexico now).

Just to confirm, do the last payment show as pending in your bank statement? If so, you can find more info here: https://support.spotify.com/article/pending-charges/.

 

Also. make sure that your payment method still meets these requirements.

I have indeed missed a payment which canceled my plan straight away and turned it into a free account.
I'm flying back home soon and will start a new plan there!
