Family premium, cannot confirm address?

Family premium, cannot confirm address?

Hi, My friend who is currently residing with me, has invited me to join the Spotify family premium. However, when I try to verify the details, it says: "we couldn't confirm you are living with this user." Why????

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
