Family premium, how to accept

Hey 

My mom just got family premium, and sent an invite to me and my sisters put nothing happens when we accept it? So what to do? We all live in the same house, so i don't know what i can do 🙂

Hey @Bryndis2000! Thanks for writing.

If you're not able to accept your mom's invite, please ask her to revoke it and send a completely new one your way. Once that's done, we suggest you accept it on an incognito window through a desktop PC.
