Family premium specify address

Ich habe einen einladungscode bekommen aber wenn ich da die Adresse eingebe, Sagen die das: “Du kannst diesem Premium Family Konto nicht beitreten. 
Wir konnten nicht bestätigen, dass du an derselben Adresse wohnst, wie der Hauptinhaber des Kontos.“
Aber ich habe die richtige Adresse angegeben.
