Family premium - student family members

In our family there is a student who lives at home for more than half the year but the rest of the year lives away at university.  Is she eligible to be a member of a family premium account?

If he/she is not the owner of the plan, will be able to use Spotify any time any place!

Does this answer the question? We know that they'll be able to use it but are they allowed to? The agreements stipulates that we can only add family members who live at the same address. Do kids at university qualify?
