My Question or Issue

 I upgraded to family premium today and created free accounts for members of my family so that they can upgrade to the family premium. Firstly when they tried to sign up the submit button didn't turn green. When I tried different methods of getting in there it says the account holder is in a different country. All the accounts seem to be registered in the same country so I cannot understand why it's happening.  We are all registering the same physical address.

Thanks for the link. They were able to identify the issue which was that we have moved country since I set up the original acount. Switched the payment to my new country of residence and all was fixed.
