Hi @Debi15, welcome to the Community!

Let me understand first. Are you part of a Premium for Family plan? Are you a member or the administrator?

When you click here, what does it say?

It's says family premium. I'm the admin, I pay and I set it up x

Ok. Are you having problems inviting other members?

As a Premium user (Family or Regular), you can listen to music in one device at a time. Each member of the Family plan can listen to their music separately.

I have added my 2 children but we cannot listen to different music on their devices x

Ok, and have you successfully added them?

Please double check their devices to see if they are correctly logged on their accounts.

Here you can see if their accounts are active.

Yes they are both active. 2 free slots and 1 waiting on reply - don't know who that is coz I only added 2 x

Ok so just make sure they are logged in correctly on their devices.

Sorry for being so stupid but how do I do that?

Sorry for not explaining to you! ๐Ÿ™‚

It depends on the device they're using.

If it's an iPhone, go to the bottom right corner of the app screen and choose Your Library. On the top left you'll see the user image, and on the top right a gear icon. Check both and you'll find it.

If they're using the desktop app, just click on the the user name on the top right corner.
