Family premium

Family premium

My cousin invited me to join the family premium plan. After accepting the invite the page indicated that I am now a member of their premium plan, but when I use the iPhone mobile app its still says I'm on the free. My cousin checked the account is it says I'm activated. I've restarted my app and even login and logout but still no premium...

Can you confirm that you live at the same physical address as your cousin?

It looks like you have a second account.

 

When you log in your desktop app (or web player), is your account Free or Premium?

 

If it's Premium, make sure you're logging in your iPhone with the same credentials you're logging in your other device.
