Family removed from Spotify Family Plan


My family was removed from the family plan after only one month of using Spotify. We all live in the same address and even verified it, but somehow all my members in the plan were removed except for me, the owner. I sent them another invite, but it said something went wrong. How can I add them back?

Hey @chrisinado26   Thanks for reaching out.   Spotify currently doesn’t offer telephone support, so I highly recommend reaching out to them via one of the channels below so they can take a closer look at this situation. Contact form: Facebook: Twitter: If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.


I have the same problem as well. Inviting them back doesn't seem to work.
