Family sharing

Family sharing

I just upgraded to family sharing for my kids to be able to listen to different stuff on different devices. I am currently in DK on a holiday. Firstly my daughters account is said to be already in a sharing family account, which I don't see how. Secondly as I created an account for her to solve this problem, that account is registered in DK so it's not allowed in Family sharing?!?!?!? I hate when things are supposed to be super easy and handy and this is costing my hours to figure out. I'm at the erge of ending my subscription entirely.

I have a very similar issue and i couldnt recieve any support regarding this issue, its quite disappointing how a company claiming to have 30m users is so careless
