Family subscription invites

I send the family invite to my wife and son but when they try to fill out the form it keeps on telling then that the address didnt match. How can i see my address on my account. Ive been paying for the subscription how how many months now but they cant use is. Pls help me. Thanks

Hey @tjtang, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Remember that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. If that's the case, we'd recommend your family clear cache/cookies from their browser and try to accept the invite again.
