Family subscription won't allow my family to join

Family subscription won't allow my family to join

After the 1st of the year, my Spotify family subscription kicked my husband and sister (residing at my home)off of my family plan and won't let me add them back. I have sent them the link, but when they enter our address it says it is unable to verify. It's frustrating as I have paid for a month of a family plan and only I can use it.

I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify Support about this so that they can try to help you resolve this issue.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
