Family subscription year discount

We are considering moving to a Family Premium membership.  I'm curious, is there a discound available if we purchase a year right away rather than going on a month-by-month basis.  I saw another streaming service that does family members offer the monthly at $14.99, but if you purchase a year, it's only $149 (you pay for about 10 months).  Just curious.

No, unfortunately the Premium for Family plan is only available as monthly subscription.
