I got subscribe to the family program, the principal account is Nicolas Narvaez.

Opening the app and viewing the account info I saw I appeared as a free account and I have propaganda between songs to.

Please contact me is urgent.

Did you receive an email with the invitation to join? Did everything work fine during the process?

 

When the administrator visits the link bellow and goes to Manage Family Account, is he able to see your account as active?
