Hello Community.

 

I'm gonna try to make it simple: I'm a French citizen living in Switzerland for almost 10 years now. As for some reason I can't use my local card (which isn't a Credit Card per say), I'm using my (French) mother's card for my sub. No problem to report with that.

 

Now my issue is, I've been living with my boyfriend for a year now (still in Switzerland) and would like to make him benefit of the "family" sub. I went through the process to invite him, but sadly it seems he can't be added as he's getting the message:

 

"We couldn't add you to Premium for Family as your account needs to be based in the same country as the owner of the Premium for Family subscription."

 

Yet, we're living in the same place, let alone country! What should I do ?

Hey @Norz80,

 

He can join the Premium for Family plan after you've successfully updated your account's country setting to Switzerland. You’ll need a payment method with a billing address in the country you’d like to switch to though.
