Hello,

The error that we are trying to access spotif family from another country is popping up and it says my dad and me dont have the same address- which is not true. What can we do? I am already paying for family and it does not work…

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

In this case, I recommend making sure that the person who's seeing the wrong country makes sure that their account's country setting matches the plan owner's country setting: https://support.spotify.com/article/country-region-settings/ 🙂


If you're still seeing an error message after doing that, let me know the exact error message and I'll see what I can suggest.
