Fido Pulse Plan phone upgrade

Fido Pulse Plan phone upgrade

I signed a two year contract with a Fido pulse plan about a year ago. I recently had to upgrade my phone but was told that my two years free with spotify would transfer over to my new phone and I would still have a spotify premium account until august when my original two year contract would expire. I have tried getting a new code from fidohub.ca and have tried logging in and out as well as deleting and redownloading the app. Any help would be appreciated.

Since your subscription is being managed by Fido rather than Spotify, we suggest reaching out to them directly to solve this issue.
