Fido: Removing Premium Feature

Hi,

 

I wanted to deactivate my current Premium plan through Fido (not the free 2 year subscription, but the discounted price) as I have another phone plan that comes with the 2 years.

 


I've contacted Fido, which then told me to contact Spotify, which then told me to contact Fido to deactivate my current plan. I just got off the phone with Fido again and they told me to Spotify. It's going in circles and I can't seem to get an answer from either company. 

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hey enyawawa, 

 

Have you managed to get a response in regards to this? I recently switched phone companies (from Fido to Wind) and am trying to see how I can deactivate the Premium feature with Fido so I can subscribe to it on my own. But there seems to be no option of any forum that provides me with this advice?
