Fido account reset back to premium

When I logged into spotify, my account was reverted back to Free. My spotify account was supposed to last for 2 years. When I went to talked to fido support they told me to go to fido hub and sign up again and I got this message:

 

"Attention! this spotify account is already associated with another phone number. Try a different account or create a new one"

 

How can I get my premium promotion back?

Hey mine isnt working either, can a moderator message me to

I cannot access my premium account through fidohub.ca .. says my account is already associated with another number. Out of no where i went from premium to free, without notice and with 24 months left on my promotion. I tried to disassociate my spotify app with Facebook and re entering, i tried to create a new account. I tried logging out and back in ect. Nothing is working and its really frustrating thAt im paying for a service that does not work. Please help asap.
