Fidohub problems with spotify free subscription

Hi!

I took a Fido plan with a free Spotify subscription last Black Friday. I used to be a premium member with you guys before that. Fido told me to unsubscribe and go through their Fidohub procedure to activate my free subscription. However, I receive an error message which I will attach to this message. I went through their customer service on the phone and in person but nobody can help and they told me to contact you guys to help me since they think it might be a problem with Spotify directly. Please PM me so I can give you my phone number.

I am looking forward to your help since I can't use any of my playlists properly 😞
