Finaly cancelled and still being charged but no subscription service

Finaly cancelled and still being charged but no subscription service

This is the most frustrating EVER. I tried to cancel my subscription for months and couldn't get a response while still being charged. My bank told me all I can do is cancel my credit card. I finally cancelled online through Subscriptions and guess what? I am still getting charged and I don't even have the premuim anymore. Please advise ASAP.

Check your profile on the website to check your subscription status.

 

In there you should delete your payment info, and cancel your subscription if you still appear as Premium. That will prevent any future charges.

Thank you for your response. To cancel my payment info are you suggesting to cancel my credit card or delete through Spotify cause I've been trying to cancel directly with them ?

No, canceling your credit card would be a measure of last resort I think.

 

What I'm suggesting you do is this:

 

1. Go to http://spotify.com/

2. Login to your account

3. Go to your Subscription and payment overview --> http://spotify.com/account/subscription/

4. Click UPDATE DETAILS. If it shows below 'Would you like to cancel your subscription?' click there and cancel.

5. Check the box to 'Remove', and click 'Change' button,

 

Note: If you have your Premium active you won't be able to remove your payment info. That's why it's important to cancel before clicking UPDATE DETAILS.
