Hi there,

 

I've been charged on my debit card for an account which is not mine or my partners current Spotify account. Is there a way to find out which account it is so that I can cancel and close it? Bank screenshot attached. Thanks for the help!

I'd recommend reaching out to Support to report this unauthorised charge:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
