Find out about connected devices

I see this device being used and I'm not sure where it is.  I wonder if I can find out the IP address it is coming in from?  I tried to logout of all devices but it keeps telling me the "form has expired".

Hi, I have only just realised that there's a random laptop logged in to my spotify address...is it possible to delete all devices, even if it means resetting my passwords, then I can have the sole use of my Spotify account? It's just a bit worrying finding out that there's an unknown device gaining access to my spotify. I've already tried remotely logging off all devices and resetting my password. Please help!
