My Question or Issue

I created my Spotify account around 2016-17. When I created my account I immediately bought Premium and thoroughly enjoy it. In April, while I was listening to Spotify, the app closed (not the first this has happened) and when I opened the app I was logged out. I was perplexed because I don't share my account with anyone and haven't touched the username/password logic since I started my account. Knowing what my password let alone username was impossible. The emails I have (3 currently) aren't connected to my Spotify account and the only connection that I have as proof of my account is my premium subscription bill. I've contacted Spofity and filled multiple forms but haven't gotten any answers. 

 

Any suggestions?

It's possible that the Support channels were quite busy 🙂 I recommend that you try to reach out to them one more time: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.

 

You may need to provide proof of account ownership, or purchase or payment details. It’s good to have these ready.
