My Question or Issue

Recently, my account got hacked and my email and password were changed. Now, all of sudden my premium account has been switched to free even though I paid for the full month. It’s impossible to get anyone to help on trips stupid service. I’m so over this company. I need to speak with someone and you can’t get anyone. All this money that Spotify makes and I can’t get help. I need this fixed!
