Followers and following resetted, multiple bugs within account

Recently, i have noticed that there isn't a followed/following option in my account profile and dug deeper into it.

As seen, i do not have the option of "following" or "followers" within my profile. And as i was experimenting possible solutions i found that i could actually follow my own profile (right hand side)

When i look at the followers of another user i get this"Following" section of a friend

In the picture, it is seen that i have 26 followers. However when i search up my profile from my sister's account, i get this

Where "takipçiler" and "takip ediliyor" mean followers and following

And thus i am truly confused about what is going on with my account. I recently (2 3 weeks ago) connected and disconnected my Facebook account and maybe that is the problem?

Also, my friends tell me that they can't see my following/followers at all.

İ am in great confusion and open to every sort of help thank you very much.

Try linking your account to Facebook again to see if it helps. After that, try logging out and back in a few times to see if it makes a difference.
