Followers gone?

Followers gone?

Hey there. Logged in today and noticed that my Activity bar was empty, I had nobody followed and lost all followers too.

What happened? When I check the notifications it still says people followed me a few days ago but my profile says I have no followers? It says I am following 100+ people but the activity bar is empty?

Hi Andy,

 

That's a strange one! Not to worry, we have our toolkit at the ready, so let's get fixing!

 

In these instances, it's always worth starting off with a reinstallation of Spotify so we can rule out all of the obvious issues straight off.
Please give this a try and let us know if you're still experiencing this issue afterwards.

I already reinstalled before I posted the message, nothing changed :S

Didn't work.

 

Also, I imported my 2 playlists from iTunes into Spotify from my Home computer.

I'm in work now and the playlists say Loading... and I can't play any songs.

However at home the playlists work fine.
