I believe their are listed by their Spotify username, starting with numbers, and then alphabetically. That should explain why Facebook users are listed first.

I wondering why you find so few posts about this, I mean... technically it's logic, but logically it's total dumb because for the enduser it's random.
The cryptic user ID has nothing to do with the artist name (I'm following only artists) at all.
I mean, seriously it is sorted by URL, it uses strings like 6wWVKhxIU2cEi0K81v7HvP (Rammstein) to define the order in the year 2018? Why?? 😨
