Following friends that I did not invite. Who to get rid of them?

There are "friends" on the right side of my account, that emerged randomly. I did not choose them and i don`t share their musicak taste. So is there an opportunity or a tool to get thm out of my account (and my mix tapes)?

Did you by any chance connected your account to social media (eg Facebook).
Because in that case, they are your Facebook friends.

Hey HMW!

If you've signed up through Facebook or other Social Media's, your friends on the other social media will show up on Spotify.

If you wish to remove them then you can click on their name, and once you are on their Spotify profile, click on "Following" and then you should have unfollowed them.
