Forced to Make a New Account. Now All my stuff is gone.

Hey all,

Everything was working fine this morning. Then about 20 minutes ago, I tried to log into spotify and it said my Facebook was not associated with a spotify account. I had to make a new account to post on these boards for help.

Now all my playlists are gone and so is my premium subscription. Can anyone help me reset this? It's like spotify ghosted me.

First, we'd recommend double-checking that you've logged in to the right account. To check this, you can search your email inbox for a Spotify receipt as it contains the username of your Spotify account. Then, you can head to your Account Overview page to confirm if it's the same. 

If it's not, we'd suggest heading to this support site article on how to find other accounts. 

On another note, if you notice any sudden unexpected account changes that you haven't requested, it's worth a try following the steps here.
