Can i have my money back? Recently, I discovered that I was paying for an Unlimited Spotify subscription, when I didn't need it, I can't do anything and I have searched in the FAQ and asked for help via email. Please I need help with these as it is my dad who is paying.
As this is a payment issue; feel free to submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it or you.
If you just get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply address); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
