Forget the username

hello, i'm the Premium account, but i forgot my username and which e-mail i registered when I log out , what i found on my bill is "355209968013 Spotify HongUS”, how can i get my username back and know the e-mail i registered? i’ve tried to login within the e-mails i usually for  register, but failed.
