My issue

I recently was charged on my Debit Account for A premium to an old account. i don't remember which account it could be, is there anyway I could gather that information. If not, how can I get my money back for an account I no longer have access to?

First, could you try finding your old account using this guide? You can also search in your email inboxes for 'Spotify'. Once you find an email that contains Spotify under a different email address than your current Spotify account, reset your password here - and log in to cancel your subscription.

Spotify currently doesn't have phone support.

You can get in touch with Customer Support here.
