Forgot Email

I'd like to delete an old account, but there's only one problem: I no longer have access to the email used to create it. Can anyone delete it for me?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

In addition to what @itstnt mentions above, if your old Spotify account was created through Facebook, you can try choosing LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK. If you’re already logged in to your Facebook profile on the device, you'll be logged straight in to Spotify. 

Once you've accessed it, you can follow the steps provided here to close your old Spotify account. 

If that doesn't do the trick and you still can't access your account, you can follow the steps provided in this Spotify Answer instead. They include more info, as well as steps on how to reach out to us. This way, a member of our support teams can take a look backstage for you.
