It looks like no one got back to you, but in case someone else has this question, here's the answer:
In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Spotify support team using the anonymous online contact form. The Spotify support team will be able to take a look at your issue, and you'll hear from them shortly.
Make sure you arelogged out of any Spotify account in your browserwhen using the anonymous contact form so that the username and custom email field will show up. Please ensure that you enter an email which you still have access to.
