Forgot Password, Old Email

I need some help. My account has an old email that no longer exists, and I've forgotten my password. Is there an alternete way that I can update my email?

Someone please help me, I am so frustrated with this right now. Ive been emailing customer support back and forth, back and forth. I have an account, a paid account. Ive had it for about two months, my phone messed up so I had to get a new one and it logged me out of spotify, I do not remember the user name or the email that was used to make the account. Someone please help, I cant even cancel my account if I wanted to. Emailing support back and forth isn't doing one bit of good.
