Forgot initial setup of the Spotify Premium

It's been around 6 months since I switched to Spotify Premium. I sent the invite to my brothers but one of them after all this time contacted me about the credentials I set for this service. (It as for the direction and something else I do not recall). Where can I see this information in my account ? I totally forgot what I wrote on that part.

Hey @Eherrera.

Right now, there isn't a way to check the address you used for the Premium for Family plan. However, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address, as stated on the T&Cs.

If your brother lives with you in the same physical address, you'll need to reach out to the support team via Twitter or Facebook.

They'll take a closer look at the accounts to help you out.
