Forgot login and email address

Good Morning,

im hoping someone can help me ASAP.

for the life of me i can't remember my email or password to login.

i have bought a new phone and want to add spotify to it but i can't.

i currently am paying for a family sharing account.

Was the account created/ connected by facebook? If so, then you can log in using your facebook account.

If not, and if you don't know your email or password, then you have to contact the support team to change your email on the account. And then you wiill be able to change the password using the "forgot password" option.
