Forgot my email and my password

hey everyone,

I forgot the email and the password for my spotify account and now I can't log in, neither can I get an email to reset my password and it's still purchasing me every month because I have premium and I can't cancel it because I can't log in. thanks in advance!

That's not cool!  

If you have previously connected Facebook with your Spotify account, you can try logging in using Facebook credentials. 

If you still can't log in, please contact Spotify directly through this contact form; 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
