Forgot password and account email no longer valid


Hi, I need to reset my password but the email linked to my account is my previous work email.  I got married and changed my last name, so emails can no longer reach my old email address. 


Can I reset password a different way?


Please advise.

That's rather unfortunate but dont worry, there is still a way to reset your password. Since you dont have access to the email anymore the best way to get this fixed is by contacting the customer services team directly using the online contact form.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
