Forgot password and email for premium

I have a free and premium account. I dont remember my password or email I used for premium.I cant access my premium account my user name for premium is Lithiumrap.I want to delete my free account under <removed sensitive information> and add my premium to that email anyone know what to do?

If you have previously connected Facebook with your Spotify account, you can try logging in using Facebook credentials. 

If you still can't log in, please contact Spotify directly through this contact form; If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
