Forgot password and emailadress

Hi,

 

Big problems for me, I have a premium account and I don't know my password. The emailadress witch is combinened with the account dos not exsisit anymore. How can i recieve a new password. I'm now using a free account with a new emailadress, can the supportteam send an new password to this account.... please help!!!!

If you go to the Support Form, you should be able to contact the customer services team who should be able to restore access to your account.

 

Be aware that they may need to ask you some security questions based on your payment details.

@LiamW, thks! I already filled in the form using this Snadaa account and I'm now waiting for a repley from the support team. I hope the come with a sollution I'm desparate.....

Big problems for me, I have a premium account and I don't know my password. The emailadress witch is combinened with the account dos not work because it (don't know why) has a misprint - kunertjan@gmai.com instead of kunertjan@gmail.com

 

I also can not contact the supportteam because these links dos not work for me:

@jasiokorus - Try this support form instead 😉 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
