Forgot password/forgot email

Hello every one I just logged out of my account and I forgot my password and I also forgot my email that I used. So now I cant see the reset email how do I get this issue sorted out my account is a premium account and I can't sign in or anything very frustrating please help.

By the way when you click "here" it just sends you to the log in. I need help finding my username and email to log in. I forgot it.
