Forgot username and log in with Facebook puts me on trial offer

For some reason my premium account needed to be logged into again. I thought I knew my own user name and password but apparently I don't. I have tried every username and password I can think of but can't log in using 'spotify details'. I then logged in using Facebook which I haven't done before and I am now on the trial offer instead of premium. Any help?

It seems to have sorted itself now. I would still like to know my user name though.

The account you have your Premium subscription was created through Facebook it seems. If you log in at https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/, your "username" will show up on that page as a bunch of numbers - numbers that our system automatically generates for new Facebook-created accounts. Hope that clears up the confusion.
