Forgotten Account

Hello,

I'm getting charged for a monthly Premium account which when logging into Spotify doesn't seem to be the account (as the one I have is free).

So.... I've tried EVERY email, username, facebook, spell, wish and happy thought I can muster to try and login to the lost account and I'm having no luck.

I really want to be able to find this account and believe the only way I will be able to do it is through my credit card details.

Please can someone from the Spotify heavens give me the answer or I will be forced to cancel my credit card and order a new one....which would **bleep** off the Spotify gods!

This was not helpful and am having the same problem.  We are needing to know how to cancel payment on an account that WE CANT LOG IN TO.

Your bull**bleep** links do not help with that.
