I pay for a premium account but after replacing my phone I can't log into my spotify account, I don't know what my username was. Please help! I'm paying premium but not being able to use it! Iv contacted by email to try and sort it out a few times, but no reply. Thanks

How can I retrieve my username on my original account?  I have no idea what it is.  My email address for my account is <snip>

I suggest you contact support so they can help you figure out your username:

In the Spotify username box, put the email address that is associated with your account

 

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
