Forgotten account and I still pay my subscription

Hi ! I'm frenchman and i have a problem. I pay spotify prenium has my brother and I wanted to cancel the subscription but he lost his account ... I paid 9,99€ for this month on my bank account . I would thus want to delete this account , I can give you my name of bank account or still "pseudo" form his account Spotify.

Welcome in the Spotify community! The best thing you can do is to contact the Spotify team here and provide them as much information than possible to verify that you're the rightful owner of the account (Something like your credit card, date of birth, etc.).

If you're receiving an automated email, just respond to this email (even if it's a no-reply email). They usually respond within the next 48 hours.
