Forgotten login

I have just activated a resubscription offer. But I can't remember my password. I have clicked to reset it but no email has been sent. I have tried this several times.

Make sure that you are looking at the right email account, and also check your spam folder.

If you are still having trouble, contact support.

If you receive a no-reply email just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you.

Support takes usually 24-48 hours to reply.
