Forgotten password and no longer have access to the email address

Hello

Can someone please help me.  I have forgotten my password and unfortunately, the email address I used to set up Spotify is connected to my old company email.  I no longer have access to this email address and cannot log into my account.  Someone mentioned Spotify Cares but I do not know how to contact them.
